Launched in 2005 as a unique product on the Bucharest fine dining market, an artful combination of European and Asian ingredients and cooking techniques, Fusion Brunch has already become a tradition at the Howard Johnson Grand Plaza Hotel.

In 2010, Fusion Brunch returns for a new season in the well-known eclectic setting of the Avalon and Benihana restaurants, on the 1st floor of the hotel.
We invite you every Sunday, between 12 pm - 4 pm, to a feast of spectacular cuisine, a delight for the senses.

We have prepared a special magical corner for kids: toys for all ages, fairytale entertainers, cartoon projections, balloon art, face painting and the must-have popcorn machine.
