I stayed for two nights at your hotel (arriving Friday, 15 October 2010 and departing Sunday, 17 October 2010) as part of the group from the University of Cambridge, organized and booked by the British Council Rumania. I would like to compliment you on your staff, most especially your reception staff, but also your restaurant staff and cleaning staff. Everyone at the reception desk was consistently friendly, helpful, customer-oriented and positive in outlook. As a teacher and examiner of English to speakers of other languages, I was especially impressed by their high level of English fluency. I spoke to the reception staff manager as I was leaving and complimented her on her staff; she gave me her card and asked for this feedback in written form. Unfortunately the day after my return to Vienna, my bag was stolen and her business card was still in it; therefore I have been unable to write directly to her. I would be grateful if you could forward this message to her with my thanks. The breakfast buffet in your Avalon restaurant was outstanding and your staff were friendly; their service was prompt and once again the level of their English was generally quite good. Not only were the rooms well and comfortably furnished, but the cleaning staff did their job very well indeed. Thank you for this overall excellent weekend at your hotel.
