Once you step inside our hotel, the feeling of Christmas will emerge from the minimalist decorations and specific winter holidays music all around the hotel.

For the whole December, the Christmas parties will be held at the Grand Plaza Forum which welcomes you this year with a brand new ballroom- Iridium (maximum of 220 people capacity for seated buffet). Apart from the Platinum Grand Ballroom (with a maximum of 160 persons capacity for seated buffet and 300 people capacity for cocktail), the other 7 meeting rooms will be ready to welcome you, as well as Avalon Restaurant.

Should you wish to spend Christmas (25th -26th of December) in our hotel, the prices are 93 Euro, both for single & double room. For Home Office rooms, the prices are 131 Euro for both single & double room, while the suites cost 169 Euro. All prices are inclusive of breakfast, access to our Fit Club, taxes included.

New Yea's Eve is one night you won't forget in a hurry. At the Howard Johnson Grand Plaza Hotel, we have in store for you 2 great parties under one concept: NewNew Parties, where everything is new: you-our guests-in a party mood, 2 locations: Iridium and Platinum Grand Ballrooms and, of course, the reason you come to celebrate: the New Year!! For your entertainment we will bring you live bands that will make you dance all night long: Sfinx Experience and Mara&4Given, DJs and many more.

In Iridium Grand Ballroom there will be a seated buffet with sophisticated seafood & fusion menu prepared by our creative Chefs. The price per person will be 190 Euro, VAT included.

Platinum Grand Ballroom will organize a special 4 course set menu, with traditional Romanian and international cuisine. The price is 150 Euro per person, VAT included.

Each price includes the entertainment, food and drinks package (welcome drink, one bottle of wine per person, coffee and water).

The tariffs for rooms at the Howard Johnson Grand Plaza Hotel vary this period, depending on your participation to the New Year's Eve parties. Thus, if you will stay & spend the New Year with us (30th-31st of December, 1st of January), the price is 87 Euro for both single & double room, 125 Euro for Home Office single & double room while the suites are 164 Euro. If you choose only to get accommodated in our hotel, the prices are 108 Euro for both single & double room, 146 Euro for Home Office single & double rooms while the suites are 184 Euro.
