Spring is snow-drops time. Spring is the time when everything comes to life. Spring is the time when you get rid of the Winter coats and put on the light ones. In Avalon Restaurant, we bring you the newest Spring/Summer collection menu.

It is fresh, creative, diverse and the taste is paramount.

Fuision cuisine is a combination between Asian, France and Indian gastronomy. We put Ingo Maurer lightning, Guy Degrenne cutlery, Ghildus glass artworks and lounge music to tell you about design and atmosphere. But, about fine dining & contemporary cuisine, only our Executive Chef Henrik Sebok can create signature dishes, built on a foundation of simple, clear flavours.
